CITRATE CONDENSING ENZYME - Names and Identifiers
CITRATE CONDENSING ENZYME - Physico-chemical Properties
Molecular Formula | C6H5O7-3
|
Molar Mass | 189.0997 |
Physical and Chemical Properties | Chemical properties This product is an acidic mucopolysaccharide obtained from the cartilage tissue of animals. It is an off-white amorphous powder with a slightly salty taste; odorless; hygroscopic; aqueous solution is viscous and does not condense when heated. Soluble in water, insoluble in ethanol, acetone or glacial acetic acid. The injection is a sterilized aqueous solution of sodium chondroitin sulfate salt, which is almost colorless and clear liquid. Chondroitin sulfate is divided into A, B, C, D, E, F, H and so on according to the difference of its chemical composition and structure, among which the molecules of B, F and H contain L-iduronic acid. B is not degraded by hyaluronic acid enzyme, and the color reaction is different from A. B is called dermatan sulfate, which is more in the skin. Medicinal chondroitin sulfate is extracted from animal cartilage, mainly a mixture of A, C and various chondroitin sulfate. It has the function of clarifying lipids and improving the body's detoxification. It also has diuretic and analgesic effects. It is effective for collagen diseases and also effective for hearing impairment caused by streptomycin. |
Use | Uses for some nerve headache, neuralgia, Arthralgia, migraine, atherosclerosis, etc.; Can also be used for streptomycin induced hearing impairment and hepatitis and other adjuvant therapy. |
